I creative directed this suite of content for an upcoming residential neighbourhood. Working from a brief that required the showcase of the high-end architectural designs alongside poetic touches of human experience, I laid out a narrative combining a live-action shoot with photo-real 3D environments. 

Matching a variety of cinematic styles was one of the main challenges on this project. To achieve this, I oversaw multiple layers of preproduction across a number of 3D and VFX teams, including concept treatments and a heavily iterative 3D previs process, spanning several months. 

In addition to the brand film, some of the content was delivered as immersive 3D scenes in a 4:1 format, displayed on a 8K curved exhibition screen.
